1/4 cup | Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk |
1/2 cup whole | Strawberries |
1 tbsp | Chia seeds |
1/4 tsp | Maca powder (can work up to 1/2 tsp) |
1/4 tsp | Ashwagandha powder (optional) |
1 tbsp | Almonds, raw (optional topping) |
Pour in liquids first (coconut and almond milk) in to a high powered blender.
Next, measure maca and ashwadandha (optional) and place in liquid.
Then, add all other ingredients and blend!
Feel free to add other favorite smoothie ingredients such as sugar free protein powder, spinach or other greens.
