Ingredients


1/4 cup Coconut cream (from can, reg. coconut milk ok too)
1/4 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1/2 cup whole Strawberries
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/4 tsp Maca powder (can work up to 1/2 tsp)
1/4 tsp Ashwagandha powder (optional)
1 tbsp Almonds, raw (optional topping)

Instructions


Pour in liquids first (coconut and almond milk) in to a high powered blender. 

Next, measure maca and ashwadandha (optional) and place in liquid.

Then, add all other ingredients and blend! 

Feel free to add other favorite smoothie ingredients such as sugar free protein powder, spinach or other greens.
