1 cup Arugula
6 slice Cucumber
1/3 cup slices Red bell pepper

Instructions


  1. Spread the hummus and goat cheese over the pita 
  2. Add the arugula, cucumber, and red pepper slices to half of the pita.
  3. Fold the pita in half and enjoy.
