Ingredients


1 burger Wendy's Double Cheeseburger--no bun (g)
1 salad Wendy's Side Salad (g)
1 packet Wendy's Ranch Dressing (Classic) (g) (or the vinaigrette or caesar--avoid the low calorie dressings)

Instructions


When ordering the burger you can either request "green style" which should get you a burger wrapped in lettuce, or "no bun" which often gets you a burger in a box without sauces.  If taking to go make sure to ask for your sauce of choice...(no more than 1 ketchup! and no limit on mustard or mayo.  Avoid BBQ sauce.)

Notes:

Many people will ask how can Fast Food be a "green" food?  This combination is actually great for feeling full, reducing insulin and sugar levels, and even losing weight.  It is not something that you need to eat every day twice a day for the rest of your life due to the oils and other chemicals used, but especially in the early stages.....ENJOY!!!!
