This fried vegetable dish is a delight for the senses. With iron, calcium, B12, folate, and potassium for blood rejuvenation and bone and gut health.

Instructions
- Dry fry the garlic and ginger for 2 minutes in a wok over medium heat.
- Add a spoonful or two of broth to the wok and heat.
- Add the broccoli and carrots and fry for 5 minutes, keeping the vegetables crisp.
- Add the green beans. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle the zest over the vegetables and stir. fry for 10 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce (or liquid aminos) and the remaining broth. Stir to coat the vegetables. Fry for 2 minutes.
- At the last minute, add the bean sprouts and basil. Stir to combine and fry for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat and keep warm while the Tofu Shirataki spaghetti noodles are prepared as per package instructions (optional).
- To serve, sprinkle with slivered almonds, pecans, cilantro (coriander), sesame seeds, and fresh parsley.
