Ingredients


1 rice cake Rice cakes, brown rice, plain
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
1/4 cup halves Strawberries (or berries of choice)
2 tbsp Coconut flakes
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Instructions


Simply top your rice cake with the yogurt, berries, coconut and pumpkin seeds (or your choice of other nuts and seeds).

Notes:

Also try adding other types of berries, nut and seeds.

Greek yogurt is rich in protein, and a great source of probiotics.
